Call by Wednesday to make reservations for travel to Wal-Mart in Hendersonville or shops* within a 2 mile radius of Wal-Mart every other Friday. [*Number of stops is limited.]

Let us take you to the airports, or the train and bus stations.  Call for round-trip or one-way costs.

Call ahead

  • Call the day before by 10 am for door to door service inside the county

  • 3 business days for travel outside the county

Medical Appointment Times
Trips to medical appointments out-of-county are coordinated in order to make the most of available vehicles and drivers.  No out-of-county appointments can be scheduled after 2:00 pm or on Fridays! Seats are subject to availability.  Therefore, out-of-county medical appointments must be scheduled Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm:

  • Forest City, Rutherfordton, Spindale - Monday thru Friday 
  • Hendersonville, Asheville - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Spartanburg - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Now Accepting Applications for Transportation of the Disabled and Employees to Work or Students to College - Applications should be filed each year for assistance.

Grant Funding Available

Funding is available to transport the elderly and disabled, and for those who need financial assistance for travel to medical appointments or to work. Work related trips such as interviews and classes may also be funded.  Financial assistance is available as long as funds last.  Call us at 828-894-8203 for more information regarding registration.
