ZONING APPLICATION - This application should be completed and submitted to the Zoning Department for approval when changing the use of a particular piece of property not located within city limits. This includes all new construction, renovations, additions to buildings, a sign, or other physical alterations to the property.
ADDRESSING/911 APPLICATION - This application should be completed and turned into the Community Development Office anytime a structure is to be built or moved onto a piece of property.
SUBDIVISION APPLICATION - This application is to be completed and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Department anytime property is to be divided into three or more lots. Minor subdivisions are three to eight lots. Major subdivisions are nine lots or more.
SUBDIVISION ROAD APPLICATION - This application is to be completed and submitted with any subdivision application or where roads with three or more lots are being built.

APPLICATION FORM (APPEAL, VARIANCE OR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT) - This application should be completed and submitted to the Zoning Department when a zoning application is not approved and the property owner wishes to appeal the decision to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. ***
