PERMIT GUIDE FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMITS - Steps in applying for a building permit for a house or modular.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION - This form is used to obtain information on the property owner, contractor, sub-contractors, and residential building which the permit is being applied for.
MOBILE HOME PERMIT GUIDE - The steps in applying for a mobile home permit.
MOBILE HOME PERMIT APPLICATION - This form is used to obtain information on the property owner, contractor, sub-contractors, and mobile home.
MISCELLANEOUS PERMIT APPLICATION - This form is used to apply for electrical,
heating system, swimming pools, and/or plumbing permits,which will not be
included in any other permits. For example you are upgrading your existing electric service or installing a new heat pump in your house.
OWNER/BUILDER LICENSING EXEMPTION FORM - This form is called "General Contractor
Licensing Exemption" and is needed if you are planning to construct or alter your own building and the cost exceeds $30,000. Your signature on the form should be notarized. The property must be owned by you, the firm or corporation, applying for the permit. The building must be solely occupied by you and your family, firm, or corporation for twelve months after completion date.

property owner, contractor, sub-contractors, and the building which permit is being applied for.
WORKERS' COMPENSATION FORM - This form is for all projects over $30,000. You must check which sections apply.
CHANGE OF CONTRACTOR FORM - Whenever a permit is issued and a contractor or sub-contractor quits working on the project and a new contractor is hired, then we will need this form completed and in our office, before he/she begins work on the project.
