Tuesdays from 1 pm - 3 pm
Thursdays from 10 am - 11 am

Who is it for?
Tuesday sessions are for school-age children, 5 and up.
Thursdays will be reserved for 5 and under. Siblings outside the age ranges are welcome at either session as activities can be adapted to meet the attendees' needs & abilities, but please be aware that Tuesday's activities will be geared towards the older set.
What is the schedule?
On Tuesdays, the first 40-60 minutes are spent learning rules, drills, and basics of a sport, followed by a non-competitive scrimmage. The second half is devoted to tag, dodgeball, relay races, and other fun group games!
Thursdays will feature games that practice following directions, gross motor skills, and playing in a group.
What if my kids don't like sports?
We encourage your students to try out some of the excercises, but if it's just not for them, or if there are more big kids than little ones, then we have two rooms of books, games, blocks, etc. so they can still have fun.
What about my special needs child?
Let us know ahead of time, and feel free to come early and check things out. The scrimmage and group games are very loud, and the gym echoes quite a bit, but we will do our best to adapt the games and help your child enjoy themselves as much as possible.

All we ask is that you come ready to listen and play! Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothes; flip flops, sandals, boots, etc. are discouraged. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
